Origins

In 1972, pupils from Speirs School, Kilbirnie Central School, Beith Academy and Dalry High School merged into the newly-built Garnock Academy in Kilbirnie, North Ayrshire.

Some pupils from the very first 3rd Year at the school have set up a Former Pupils Group on the Microsoft Network (MSN).  Membership is open to pupils from all class years.

Garnock Academy FP Group on MSN

The Group is creating a collection of photos and message boards covering topics from 1972 up to the present.  (A sample of class photos can be found on this site.)

To join the Group, help develop the web site, and catch up with old friends, classmates, and former pupils from Garnock Academy, please visit http://uk.msnusers.com/AllGarnockAcademyFormerPupils.
